BEDROOMS: This two-story house offers close to 2,800 square feet of living space. It features new wood flooring upstairs, oak cabinetry in the kitchen, an open floor plan, five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The “Whale Room” contains two twin bunk beds, books, and a treasure chest of toys. The “Seashell Room” boasts a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The spacious master “Elephant Room,” features a new California King size bed, a 50’ flat screen TV, and a large walk-in shower. These 3 rooms share a spacious master bathroom with an adjoining powder room. The second master suite, the “Jungle Room,” is a large, one bedroom, apartment-style quarter that includes a New Cal King bedroom set, private entrance and court yard, full access to the main house, and a private bathroom. It also includes its own smaller full kitchen. The downstairs “Seahorse Room” has a new queen sized bed, with French doors leading to a private courtyard. A full bathroom is adjacent and also contains access to the private courtyard. Need more beds? There are also 2 comfortable roll-a-way beds.
